Read Later Reader
This project focuses on developing a deep understanding of typography and the creation of functional typographic systems. Students will explore the fundamentals of typesetting, learning how to organize and refine large bodies of text with clarity and intention. Through hands-on practice, the project emphasizes precision in typographic detail, such as hierarchy, spacing, alignment, and rhythm, while introducing core principles of page layout and design. By the end of the project, students will produce a cohesive, well-structured typographic composition that demonstrates control, readability, and thoughtful visual organization.
Design Process
For my project I went through the timeline of the Toyota supra. I divided each model of the supra ever made into chapters. Through this project I wanted to use a lot of images but I also had to keep my type treatment into consideration so everything can be legible for the reader
